I tried both options, same affair. Information technology scanned my phone and found 249 photos and 2 videos and asks if I would similar to import them. I say yes. It starts, and in a few seconds says "something went wrong", attempt once again or get out. Gives no explanation. I can go to start, file explorer, this pc, select my telephone, memory card, DCIM, then camera. I click on the first picture, hit shift and click on the last picture. all are highlighted, then I can put them in a new folder that I created. It took me a while to figure this out, but I should not take to go through all of this. Something is still wrong.
